North Kirklees & Morley Resource Centre
What can we do to help you?
That is the starting point for the work of the Circuit Resource Centre in Batley. We aim to relieve ministers, lay employees and churches generally of as much administration as possible.
Are you planning a special event, or a concert? We can produce posters, tickets and programmes. Bring in your own, or let us design them for you – our photocopier can handle black and white or colour printing, white or colour paper and card, and paper sizes up to A3.
We can print newsletters, reports, Orders of Service and booklets. We have a state of the art photocopying machine that enables us to offer a competitively priced printing service, to churches, charities and community organisations – whether you want one copy, or hundreds!
We try and source all kinds of supplies for churches and individuals, and are an agent for Methodist Publishing, meaning we can pass on discount on many items.
We stock and sell a range of Traidcraft products and can supply churches with sale or return goods for stalls and events.
The Centre holds a wide range of resources including books, DVDs and magazines (and a board game!). They are available to borrow, free of charge, for worship leaders, youth and junior church leaders, study and fellowship groups and for general interest. We have all copies to date of Roots (both Adult and Young People) and subscribe to the Methodist Recorder and several other Christian publications.
We could not operate without our volunteers who can be found stapling magazines, folding plans, cataloguing resources, chatting to visitors, pricing Traidcraft goods ... (or just trying to complete the Methodist Recorder cross-word!).
Not sure if we can help? Please ask!
